Triple Rinse™ - What is it? and Why we do it.
What we do is unique, although it really doesn't need to be, this is because we take the time to Triple Rinse™ rinsing the soil from all sides of your carpet fibres, yes it takes longer, but you will see why we do it when you see the results, and you will also notice how much longer your carpets stay cleaner for.
Why do we Triple Rinse™? well that's easy, put simply, a carpet fibre has a shape, it isn't a smooth flat surface and therefore with just a single rinse pass it is impossible to remove not only the dirt and soil but also the cleaning solution from within the fibres.
Imagine the the carpet fibres are all directing towards the ceiling, and when you vacuum the carpet, the fibres start to point towards you as you pull the vacuum towards you, now as you can imagine you are only vacuuming the soil from that top surface of carpet fibres. That is why you use a back and forth action when you vacuum your carpets.
Proclene do not only rinse and extract the dirt and the water from your carpet in a single backward pass, we rinse and extract on a forward pass and a side pass too, hence the name Triple Rinse™, hence why your carpets will stay much cleaner for much longer, resulting in the need to have your carpets cleaned less often, thereby saving you money and inconvenience.

We do this through listening to our customers and having regular discussions with our technicians, and industry experts such as carpet manufacturers and upholstery fabric weavers.
We search for likely issues to devise a procedure before they become a cause for complaint from a customer.
ISO 14001 is an Environmental management system, it specifies the requirements for us to use to reduce our impact on the environment and what our responsibilities are to remain environmentally focused. From sourcing cleaning solutions, equipment that uses less resources, and even how much energy we save in the office. With regards to cleaning solutions, we say "if it's bad for the environment, then it's bad for you and Proclene", so we source better products and research them to ensure they provide the desired results without being harmful in any way. The machines we operate use 40% less water but also provides a more phenomenol clean, it would be of no use if using less water did not provide a good clean. It's about getting the balances right that will enhance the customer experience whilst enhancing our environmental performance and our corporate image.
We chose to become ISO 14001 certified because, with carpet cleaning, it has an impact on the environment through the usage of large amounts of water, chemicals being used and disposed of, and because we care about the world we live and work in, we knew we had to do something better, and as soon as possible.
