The customer service that Greg provided was fabulous, he explained everything in close detail, exactly what we should do when he has gone. This is by far above other companies that we've used historically. Yes, we would recommend you to other people. I can only say that that Greg was absolutely, really, really, helpful and he just got on with the job. He barely took a break, although we did try and give him more coffee, he just worked really, really, hard, just to make sure that we were pleased with the finish, which we absolutely are, and that he just wanted to do a good job. Proclene were recommended to me, and I have to say I highly recommend Proclene too. I have used other carpet cleaning companies, and must say "Proclene are so much better! considerably superior and they give excellent advice", I will definitely only use Proclene in the future as they were outstanding in every way. I chose Proclene because of the their reviews. Proclene deep cleaned our carpets. The results were amazing and their attitude was so much better than with other companies we've used previously. I felt that I was an important customer and that my job was important. I have used Safeclean in the past and probably would have used them on this occasion, but there was no local operative, so I chose Proclene who actually turned out to be better. Proclene have better and more efficient equipment. I will definitely use Proclene again because of the care and attention to detail. The carpet had a nasty mark which as now all but gone therefore 10 for finished results, 10 for customer service as Craig and Greg both showed respect and professionalism. I definitely recommend as I think they have a real pride in what they do.
